The first assessment meeting costs

• £30 and lasts 50 minutes.

If you decide to continue into therapy then sessions usually take place weekly and cost:

• £40 for a one-to-one therapy session lasting 50 minutes,
• £55 for a 60-minute therapy session with couples, and
• £30 per member of a two-hour therapy group.

Appointments are held in on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and on Saturday mornings
